I deleted all the the games from my phone. I read an article about how to get motivated a few weeks ago and said start by making your bed every day and I did. I read something about being mindful and staying in the here and now and enjoying and accepting the Here and Now such a nice word mindful. I'll be going to lose weight again I've been stuck for so long I'm really grateful to this site and I love you thank you I'm going to stay mindful the most everything I do to keep up the good work. I like to read what works for other people. In fact one of the Articles even mention that as one of the ways to help your self so if anybody wants to post on his blog that works for you that would be great.
