Sent to me on my Spark page its my quote to finish March and carry into April.
March was not the mouth I wanted the scales continues to bounce around but when I look back its bounced between 155 to 159 so thankful no higher.

I am still struggling with the food tracker and have since I started my journey in 2012. . My Spark friends have always cheered me on to keep tracking never give up . but i still struggle.
I know many do not like the changes at Spark I found the new community feed is full of some great tips for our journey.

I did track for 16 days before I was stressed by the tracker .
I Looked back at where I got stressed to my surprise it was usually meals I fixed for dinner.
Instead of stressing myself I out my plan is track at least two meals every day. I will be tracking Breakfast and Lunch if I get stressed looking for dinner foods I will move on its only one meal. I will by the end of April I will have traced 60 meals by the end of the month. And dinner will be a bonus some days.
I am not going to let not finding one meal send me into silly eating like it has in the past.
I have never track my silly eating . decided not stressing over tracking dinner will prevent silly eating I will achieve two goals tracking at least 2 meals and no silly eating.
I am going to continue my step up challenge of 300 + a day .the challenge started as a team challenge. As part of a fitness challenge .. I am now heading into week 3 of my challenge. I have a small step into our living room I used to do my step ups this way I can do my step ups and watch Basket Ball need to find an good show to do step ups when basket is done I do have one more game on Sat. if all goes well another one on Monday! I did do 400 + yesterday watching the Zags and just for fun added 100 watching the Ducks live to play another game !
