Well it's been at east a week since my last blog and I'm still feeling good. If I had to narrow my success down to three things they would be Attitude, Attitude and hard work!
My attitude towards what I Can do (Anything!) permeates my whole lifestyle This is definitely my first motivation. When I look back over the last year, (my first anniversary is in a few days) I've managed a 180 degree turnaround for I can't to I can. My favourite saying is "whether you say I can or i can't you're always right." How much happier and content I am when I say I can and and find ways to achieve my goals.
My second motivation is Attitude as well. My attitude towards myself is also a great motivator. Again I've done a 180 degree turnaround from hating myself to loving myself with all my imperfections. I'm not even the same person in the mirror. I've gone from a sad, lonely looking woman to a carefree and vibrant woman with confidence in who I am.
My third motivation is ... (drum role please) hard work... not a drag but an "I can do this" confidence that's followed up by achieving goals both by myself and with the cheering on of friends .
I will always be a SparkPeople member as this community has really helped me turn around my life.
