Review -week 3 complete

Well tomorrow morning will mark the end of week 3 of the BL Spring It On Challenge and so far I have lost 3.2# in 3 weeks. I have averaged around 1700 calories each day even with one day of almost 2000 calories. I've increased my strength training slightly and walked almost 26 miles this week as recorded by my FitBit. I had only 2 days under 3 miles.
All in all I think I have done pretty well so far. The weight is starting to come off with some consistency. Next week I will strive for 1675 calories average. I will try to walk 3000+ steps each day, and an average of 8000+. I will increase my strength training again. I will drink 72 ounces average.
I will continue to lose weight.
I will reach my goal of 12# or more down in 10 weeks.
I will continue to follow my doctor's recommendations.
I will control my blood sugar levels by diet and exercise.
I will lose!
