Ready to start tracking again, so I can start losing weight again.

Its been five months since I logged into Spark People, and I have managed to maintain my weight between 169 and 174 pounds. I still feel that I can lose 24 pounds more, and get down to my goal weight of 150. I have let some of my bad habits return which I want to stop, and by logging my food again I feel that I will have the best chance at this. It started out with discovering that I can eat chips, and allowing myself to have one small bag every so often, but lately I find myself buying the larger bags and not portioning out the chips into sensible portions. Then there was discovering I can tolerate pop once in a while, but thankfully that has not been a huge issue, as I can only drink about half a glass at a time and do limit them. Still, every extra calorie does show up sooner or later.
The other issue that has cropped up after my gastric bypass surgery a year and a half ago is I now experience hypoglycemic episodes if I do not eat enough over the day. Tracking will definitely remind me of how many calories I am getting in and if I am eating enough, as well as drinking enough water. I may decide to track for a short time, and hopefully learn to better regulate my intake, but I do know that tracking is the key to this.
Lastly, over the winter I had slacked off on getting out and walking, some days of course it was too slippery out to walk which is ok, but the other times where it was a case of just not feeling like taking the time to go out and walk were not so good. So, back to tracking exercise again. While my knees no longer hurt doing most of my normal daily activities, carrying any type of a load such as two bags of groceries will cause them to hurt and I want to build up the muscles again to help with tolerating that.
So, here I go again!
