Like two sides of a coin we learned to exist.
We longed for her love but only got our heart twist.
Our life was surreal covered in pain.
I drowned in it daily you chose to get away.
The distance never mattered the hell was the same.
We both cried in silence wishing for the same.

Like two sides of a coin on oposite ends
Our world torn apart while trying to pretend
We dealt with the evil on a black and white scale
No matter our actions all seemed to fail.
Our view of the world is simply murky
We changed the lens but we still see blurry.

Like two sides of a coin our value is the same.
Head and tails together will always remain.
The road ahead of us is scary as hell.
Let's walk together and undo the spell.

Like two sides of a coin in God we trust.
