Staying on track

There has only been 1 day this week I have not exercised. I would like to keep it that way I have put close to 2 hours everyday in for exercise. It is getting so much easier. I found out today I have a deep massive stye in my eye which hurts but I am not going to let it stop me. I have stayed in calorie range and 1 week with no sweets woo hoo. I got this I can keep going. Can't wait to see what weigh in says sunday
