15 day challenge

I committed to a 15 day challenge. Today is day 4.
Day 1-2 low carb
Day 3-13 Moderate Carb days
Day 14-15 low carb days
Workout each day
Lots of water every day
Follow meals as planned, no cheating! I've logged them in to Spark. They are about 1200-1300 calories/day.
I am actually enjoying it so far! The plan seems to have more food than I normally eat and different food for sure. This is also the first time that I have ever weighed my food or prepped the food ahead so it was ready and all planned out. I can see why people say that is so helpful. I'm excited to hopefully see good results at the end of the two weeks. Then I will evaluate if this was effective and see if it is something I want to repeat.
I have got to get back down to a normal bmi. I'm only about 10 pounds away, but I can't let my weight creep up any higher. I've got to get it back down where I feel good again!
