Recap of Weekly Goals

Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I got to the gym and hopped on the Spin Bike.
Monday, I took a rest day.
Tuesday, I took a rest day.
Wednesday, I took a rest day.
Thursday, I took a rest day.
Friday, I got to my swim lesson.
Saturday, I took a rest day.
Note: My nephew was on Spring break this week, so my rest days were pretty long days of watching him and staying at work late.
The plan for next week:
- Eat within my calorie range FOUR (4) days a week- I ate over range all week. I need to change my weight goal so my calorie range adjusts again.
- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week- I missed the mark on Saturday.
- 1 weekly swim lesson-
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week- Didn't happen this week.
- For accountability, today's weight: 145 lbs up another lb.
