I joined a 15 day challenge and so far so good. I've been sticking to my food plan, daily workouts and drinking tons of water. Easter will take some prep work and creativity as to what type of salad I can bring that will keep me on track.
I'm thinking... a Cobb salad with spinach, peppers, tomato, cucumber, and turkey, avocado, egg and cheese. Then I can bring a whole wheat tortilla and make a wrap too. I love turkey, avacodo, spinach and cucumber wraps. Yum!! Planning ahead has been really helpful and keeps me on track. It feels like I'm finally on a good track. Hoping to have a good weigh in next week again.
