FODMAP - reintroduction of lactose containing foods

This last week I reintroduced lactose containing foods into my diet.
Mostly this has been having regular skim milk in my morning coffee and on the infrequent occasions that I have coffee when I am out, I have regular whole milk.
But I am still having decaffeinated coffee.
I had a meal with creme fraiche, i.e. in a sauce of reduced beef stock, red wine and green peppercorns to go with a steak.
All good so far in that I have tolerated all the meals well.
Next week, I will have run out of lactose-free yoghurt, so will reintroduce the greek-style yoghurt that I like and I'm looking forward to having soft cheeses such as cottage, cream, and ricotta).
Not so bothered about being intolerant to icecream :)
