Sticking to the plan!

Day 11 of sticking to my meal plans... about 40% lean protein like unbreaded fish, chicken, steak, egg whites, eggs; 40% good carbs like sweet potatoes, whole wheat tortilla, brown rice, plain cheerios, protein pancakes; 30% fats (olive oil, peanut butter) haven't weighed since day 7 and on that day I was down 7.9 pounds! I don't expect to be down much if any more this coming week but we will see. I've been drinking 1 gal (16 cups of water/day). I didn't even know this was possible!! Somehow, it's gone down well. I'm logging everything and my calories have been about 1300 to just under 1500 every day. Working out hard for 20-25 minutes/ day. I'm ready to rock out these next 4 days and weigh in next week to see where I'm at. I also measured myself and am anxious to measure again and compare. Have a "Good Friday" everyone and remember to thank Jesus for all He has done for us!! I sincerely hope you all have a Blessed Easter... He Is Risen!!

    Actually, I've been restricting to about 1200 calories for quite some time and working out too. So, I'm actually eating more now, just making better choices that keep me full and not eating any sugary foods.
