Recap of Weekly Goals

Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I took a rest day.
Monday, I took a rest day.
Tuesday, I took a rest day.
Wednesday, I took a rest day.
Thursday, I took a rest day.
Friday, I got to my swim lesson.
Saturday, I got to the Cycle and Body Pump classes. I expect to feel very sore tomorrow.
The plan for next week:
- Eat within my calorie range FOUR (4) days a week- I ate under range on Tuesday, over range on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week- I missed the mark on Monday and Tuesday.
- 1 weekly swim lesson-
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week- It didn't happen this week.
Audits are such time suckers!
