15 day challenge results

I lost 8.2# and 4.5" working out everyday (but 2 rest days), eating well and drinking 16 cups of water a day.
Today, I worked out, had a protein shake, ran 2 miles, had an egg, egg white, spinach omelet and 1/2 cup strawberries.
I've got more to lose and don't want to backslide.
