I am ecstatic! In week one I dropped 3 pounds. I was so busy celebrating non-scale victories and preparing myself for just a slight change, that I was completely thrown off this morning. It's 4:30 in the morning and I'm trying really hard not to wake everyone with my victory shout.
This week has been hard, between slowly giving up sugar slowly and adjusting to my new eating schedule. But my body is adjusting to the one cup of coffee a day with Almond milk instead of creamer. I'm starting to adjust to breakfast in the morning. I'm getting so adjusted, my husband laughs, that I can tell when it's 2:30 because my body is basically demanding it's snack.
I'm loving this new lifestyle! I feel better. Everyone keeps saying my face and tummy are already thinning out. My skin and hair are even doing the best they've done since I was younger.
