    Look forward, not back. Think about how adding exercise minutes adds minutes to your healthier, more active life.

    Go back and review when you were doing good and focus on doing all the things you were doing and get that picture out of how you want to look out to remind yourself of why you're here. Also remember that you want to be healthy to live longer and be there for your family. emoticon

    Just try to think about positive things every day like why you were doing what you're doing at that moment and how it benefits you
