Well day 4 of no excuses

Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Well for the past few days I have actually been making excuses. Monday was filled with Jesus meetings and dentist appointments then to park with kids and then home for supper then church. Today was filled with little ones then taken a person somewhere , then home to cook. The one little I babysit is a diabetic and no one else in the house knew how to give him insulin so I was stuck home until his mother came after 8 to get him. The local gym closes at nine and no where safe to walk after dark . I am getting very frustrated with not walking/running in a week. I guess I need to try my hardest to go very early in the morning before I have to get kids up cause today of course I have to pick up kids at 6 am. So we will see how it goes cause I will have that little one again tomorrow until church time. Not sure what else to do. It is 70 pounds with both kids in a wagon if I walk with them which is hard for me right now. I feel really disappointed. I should be doing alot better

Don't get down on yourself! That will only make it harder on you. Just do the best you can. Exercise isn't the end all be all of weight loss. You can lose weight just fine without it. It is 80% your diet! You can do this!
