Time for a kicker

I've been feeling rather sluggish the last few days. This morning I decided to change things up a bit and had a Halo orange before my breakfast sandwich. I usually only have grapes as my fruit, to stay away from the sugars in them, and eat more veggies than anything else.
I've been doing a lot of spring cleaning this week and moving the kids rooms. I think may be just overdoing it my allergies have been getting the better of me too. Need to get my butt motivated again. Going to hit the gym this afternoon with my sister.
Always looking for new ways to keep it up. Hubby and I are going to try rock climbing soon.
