Weigh in day

This week I lost a total of 3 pounds that's a total of 22 lbs loss since January. I'm so proud of myself I knew I could do it. The month of may goals are 1. To lose 8 pounds to get me to the 30 lb weight loss. 2. To exercise everyday I can even if it means,pulling a 70lb wagon with 2 kids in it 5 miles. And 3. To be 30 days free of all sweets. (I'm at 7 days no no sweets) 4. To let go of my sweet tea again and go back to all waster. (I can do this) and Last but not least to be able to run a full mile without feeling like I am dying after lol. I have 31 days to complete these goals I know I can do it and I will.
