New Class, My Diet, and the State

Wednesday, May 03, 2017

Well I am in a new class now about Western Thoughts and how we got our values and beliefs. It is very interesting even though it is a small class. So far I am managing to keep ahead and have both questions answered and am working on my assignment now.

This diet is for the birds! I am struggling to keep food in and struggling to get enough calories in me. Like I told one of you on your page I lost my breakfast this morning.and this is only the first day of it! I am trying to keep my sodium in range but it is hard with the small selection of food I have to work with. Cottage cheese and regular cheese both have sodium in and so does mac and cheese. although I can modify the calories since we only used 2 packets of sauce for the 3 boxes of macaroni and cheese.

The State is being sticklers again; they want my daughter to get another work exemption. She just went through that last year and the other case worker said it was good for a year. Well it is not a year yet. She cannot work with her medical problems.

PS. That ad for a beautiful natural tan looks phony to me. The woman in the ad looks like she put too much makeup on her face. The price is rather exorbitant too; not for peons like me. I need some nice capris to wear instead; that is needed more than a sunless tan.

Sorry you're having issues with the diet, hopefully it's only temporary.
I've never understood fake tans AND so far every one I've seen on people looks fake and sorry to say you can smell it. UGh!

So sorry you're having trouble with the limited diet. Must be really frustrating. Does yogurt agree with you?
