Just a Blurt about a New Blog

I just read the blog about 5 ways to add protein to your breakfast.The author of it was promoting Eggland's Best Eggs. Saying how much better they are than regular eggs and have more nutrients in. That may be all well and good for her but I am not shelling out over 2 dollars for a dozen eggs! I simply do not have the money to do that. Just like organic foods I do not have the money to buy them and as I noticed in the g
rocery store vegetables and fruit are smaller then normal. It seems the fresh stuff is even more expensive than the canned stuff. Same with grass fed beef I cannot afford to buy it.

Also, another point is that I cannot add seeds to my diet since I have diverticulitis. Pumpkin and Chia seeds are a no no for me.

    Do you ever choose frozen over canned vegetables? I find there is a lot less sodium in frozen.

    I love Aldis when I can't visit the farmer's market. We are lucky to have one practically every day here.
