Last night I worked out at 10:30pm. Honestly, it wasn't big or clever but it was very needed after so much overindulgence and sickness earlier this week. I didn't get to sleep until after midnight, so that was no fun. Weirdly, I did wake up naturally just before the alarm naturally this morning.
I've been super productive today with work and chores, and as soon as I'm done putting laundry away I'll do some exercise. I'm no good at exercises in deprivation, so I did have a fruit ice with a little added sugar but nothing extreme. I'm so excited to get done with this sugar challenge! I feel like I'm finally the one in control of my cravings for the first time in my life. That said, it's time to move on to the next challenge in a few days. Which one will I choose next? I think I may start "shopping" for one today. lol
