Back at it

So it's been awhile since I've done a blog. It's also been a while since I've done much of anything. I still track what little I do. But I've really gotten away from me.
So today I am recommitting myself to me. Taking time to do a workout, no matter how small. Today was a 30 strength training with Jessica Smith. Pretty good circuit workout. My arms are tired. It covered the total body. I really like her workouts. This was slow and methodical. Have a funny feeling I'll feel this tomorrow.
Jessica has a new set of YouTube videos. This is 6 months old. "Fall back into fitness challenge". Well, that's what I'm gonna do. I'm tired of getting bigger...again. So now I'm recommitting myself. No more excuses.
Now for a protein packed lunch. I'm hungry.
