I Like to Move It, Move It!

You know you just sang that title in your head lol! Anyway...I've been tracking my workouts on my iPhone and I just realized yesterday that I am covering waaaay more ground in the same workout period than I was in the beginning. When I started I was averaging 3 miles in an hour. For the past week or so, I've been hitting the 5 mile mark easily in the same timeframe! That's exciting. I don't really make a point to time my jog versus walk times. I just jog until I can't and then I do a fast walk to recuperate and then I start jogging again and repeat the cycle....maybe my jogging is going for longer distances? Or maybe I am both walking and jogging at a faster pace? Not sure...but I'll take whatever! I'm thinking it is also helping on a public track because I'm naturally competitive and like to pass those in front of me....and I like to put distance between me and them so they don't hear my heavy breathing! haha!
