Leftovers, the struggle is real.

I went out to celebrate a friend's birthday today and there was room for improvement. I could have had lots of things some healthier, some less so, but I got what I wanted. Stopped before I was absolutely miserable and drank a whole glass of water beforehand, more or less automatically.
Now the leftovers are sitting in my fridge, but I don't think I want them for lunch. I am actually choosing to make a more compliant with my goals meal to eat. More work, less fun eating, but I'll feel better about myself if I get back on track quickly. A babystep toward balance.
