Okay, so I've been going for almost three months. IN the last two weeks, I've noticed that my numbers haven't been as impressive. I thought that maybe my heart rate monitor was malfunctioning. I asked about it at the front desk, and they laughed at me, saying that the monitor was fine. I was just getting in better shape, and would have to push myself harder to keep making progress.
I guess that makes sense. I'm feeling some improvements, although my weight is still the same, my clothes aren't getting any looser, and I'm not seeing any definition in muscle tone or anything.
I don't have to practically crawl out to my car after a session.
I can do plank jacks.
I can run. Not for very long, not very fast, but I can run. Made it up to 6.3 mph tonight.
I can use 10 lb weights. Sometimes even 12 or 15.
I can do squats.
I can almost kind of do a few pushups.
So I guess I'm a little stronger. My endurance is increasing. I still can't hold a plank for more than a few seconds. I can row forever, though. I love the rowing machine.
All that being said, though...I'm still fat. I look in the mirror and hate what I see.
