My shoulders moved down about 5 inches today because my work stress was way down. I know that difficult coworkers and situations at work contribute to my use of food as a relaxant, but I don't think I'd made the connection about how much stress I'd been experiencing on a daily basis.
I think my personal challenge next week will be to schedule some stress relief practices into my work day. I may not be able to bust some yoga moves in the middle of the office, but I can surely do some deep, slow breathing exercises at the top of every hour and take a mental break from trying situations.
