I have a four day holiday weekend and trying not to be a lump on the couch for the whole thing. I do much better about eating on work days but I'm being very aware of how much water and exercise that I'm getting on these days off.
I've been doing the 21 day beginner's jumpstart challenge, even though I've used Spark off and on for years. I figured it was time to stop skipping the small steps and aim for progress, not perfection.
So far it's been nice and easy. At least I'm thinking more about sustainable changes and long term planning.
