June 17 Goals

In my excitement about my very good day, I totally forgot to post about my goals for June!
I weighed in at 235.0 this morning. Not a number I'm excited to see, but I needed to face the reality of my weight gain in order to be able to track my progress. I can't know how far I've come unless I know where I started.
So goals for this month:
At least 30 minutes of exercise every day.
Continue with the C25K program as I'm able. If my knee gets dodgy this it out.
30 day push-up and squat challenge
Lose 8 pounds to be 227 on July 1st.
Track calories 26/30 days (being realistic, some days tracking just won't happen)
Participate in Summer 5% Challenge spark group (really excited about this)
Let 4 people in different areas know that I am looking to make a change
Review finances, prep emergency fund
Whew, I could keep going, but these are the things that I feel like would make the greatest impact on my happiness.
