Did good 6/5 only ate what I brought to work which was a portable protein pkg. I had bought from walmart. Each one comes with meat, cheese, nuts, and fruit. Plus I brought a banana and had that with a little PB. After work I made brk. 2 slices bacon. 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, tomatoes and little cheese and 1 slice toast. Dinner was lightly breaded chicken, brown rice and salad. No pop no sugary treats...win win emoticon
