Make lemonade... make lemonade

So I've been having a really hard time lately.. I feel like my efforts are not showing results and I'm frustrated.. my tummy seems to be sticking out more and my clothes are not fitting any better and I just want to cry! I track and I walk.. I feel like my whole day focuses on my food, exercise and family.. I think I'm stressed out!! Hopefully I will be better next week! Thanks for reading my vent 😅

    Find something to enjoy each day, rather than focusing on each little thing. I find I do better when I look forward to something each day, no matter how small... and believe me, I need to take my own advice! It can be hard to find that one thing and some days there may be nothing that really makes me feel better, but it helps a lot if there is!

    I used to get so frustrated with progress and I still do sometimes. My metabolism is completely messed up between thyroid issues, etc. I finally surrendered and decided this is about my health. I have to keep doing the right thing even if it isn't reflected in the scale. I feel better when I eat right and don't have any sugar. I feel happier when I exercise.

    I know that feeling of focusing on tracking. I'm trying to find balance now. But keep at it. Results will come. They will 😊
