MRI with contrast on my hip

just got this from the hospital. see the doctor on the 13th, so anyone who doesn't get this like me, I will let you know what he says. all I know is I had an accident years ago. they kept telling me it's just your sciatica. I kept telling them no way b/c i'd had that pain for 10 years at that point and I know what that feels like, but who can argue, right? well, now I have proof, BUT is there anything I can do about it? probably not. it hurts like a you know what though. let me tell you.

FINDINGS: There is a large labral tear involving the anterosuperior and posterior superior labrum. Chondral degenerative changes are present with ill-defined surface irregularities, primarily in the superior aspect of the joint. Extensive subchondral cyst formation in the posterior superior aspect of the acetabulum. Mildly decreased prominence of the femoral head/neck offset. Minimal tendinopathy of the gluteus medius and minimus attachments. Hamstrings attachment is intact/unremarkable. Minimal tendinopathy of the iliopsoas tendon. Rectus femoris tendon is unremarkable. Ischial femoral space is preserved. IMPRESSION: Chondral labral degenerative changes with associated labral tearing as described in detail above, most notable in the superior/posterior superior aspect of the joint.
