Made A Change

Spark Coach suggested we blog about the way we plan to change our workout routine to keep motivated. Lucky for me, I had just read an article on ways to do that. The article was related to making changes and it was interesting to me, so, I decided to try it.
Within the article there was a chart of strength exercises. They were listed as A,B, C and D. Each column held exercises for lower body, upper body, etc. From column A chose leg squats with bend. From the B column I chose seated rows with band and from column C it was Supermans for my back. In the last column I chose dumbbell pullovers.
The article allowed you to click on each exercise and see the demonstration with a written explanation for how to do the exercise properly.
I enjoyed being able to choose my exercise and knowing I was getting a well rounded workout as long as I chose one from each column. Hurray!
