I didn't get to sleep until 3:00 this morning. Crazy, glad I didn't have to go to work. Because I was so tired, I decided not to go to the gym. I went to the apartment pool this morning, and swam 10 laps which actually come to 5. Felt like I got a good workout. Since I got my book from the library, I'll be able to read. I always read before I go to bed, but didn't have a book, so didn't last night, instead played games on the computer. I can safely say, that the research is correct. You should NOT go to bed right after playing games. You need to do something that is not looking at a screen...TV or computer right before you go to bed. It seems like every time I do that, I can't go to sleep. Last night proved it, so will not be doing that again. My fitbit also showed that I only got an hours sleep. I know I got more than that, but I actually got up at 2:00, and so it thought I was up for the rest of the night. Felt like it.
Well, hopefully I'll get some rest tonight and then I'll go to the gym tomorrow.
