This blog is a result of the Spark Coach suggestion yesterday regarding finding time for our exercise or maybe it is more about wasting time. We all have 24 hours each day to spend. In my mind I have a plan at the beginning of each day. Sometimes I have to change and adapt the plan to get the most important things done.
There are times I realize I waste time. When looking at ways I personally waste time , as suggested by Spark Coach, I find time on the internet the first one that takes up too much of my time. This seems to be true of many people. Social media and wanting to know what our friends are doing is the number one way we waste time today. Think about how everywhere you go and all the people you see checking their phones constantly. I don't keep phone in hand when in public or at home, but, I do spend time on the computer.
Realizing what is the most important task I want to accomplish this day has to be the first thing on my list and all others have to revolve around planning for that time whether it is finding 10 minutes or 60 minutes to make it happen. At end of day excuses are not acceptable if my time was wasted on other less important activities.
