Since I suffer from a bad knee (broken cartilage) I am so pleased to add another reason for losing weight.
You don't have to beat your body up to get a good workout. Brisk walking,swimming, and bicycling are low-impact activities that are kind to knees.

I have been in 2 car wrecks (I was not driving), a ton of seizures, and broke my ankle in 4 places & dislocated it, & sprained the other ankle. My shoulders, knees, & ankles are the worst. Low impact exercises are great. 1080 days ago
