So today, I went to the Y and worked out on an arc trainer. I think that is what it is. It is kind of a nifty little trainer. You can do strength training, leg shaping, and weight loss. I did all of it today. The strength is really intense. It is hard to go on the treadmill now that I've done that. I did that for 30 minutes on Tuesday then I did the Treadmill for 20 minutes. I'm trying to do a lot of exercise. I just really want to get this weight off. Today I was only on it for 35 minutes, and didn't do the treadmill. I went swimming for 20 minutes in the pool at the apartment. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, and I think I'm going to try and get up and get a workout before I have to go.
