Hello yall!! I am back at losing weight and changing my lifestyle to be healther for not just me bit my kids also. So I was wondering if I can get some advice on what to eat as meals especially at night or what can I do to get motivated and make sure I stay on track. I have tried before and before that and before that but I always fall back. I only want to lose 30-40 pounds. I start doing good and then I don't plan ahead for meals and wind up eating something quick and not healthy. I just need some motivation and some advice on how to keep from giving up and what are some healthy breakfast lunch snacks or dinner recipes that would work for my family. Thanks in advance.
