Doctor's visit

Friday, June 23, 2017

So my A1C was 6. It didn't go up, but it needs to go down again, like it was. Then I also need to bring my cholesterol down a little. That I don't know what it was, but it didn't go up. My weight is the only thing that went up, and I'm working on all of it. I knew when I went in, that I all of it might have gone up, but I'm doing what I can to get it back down. I also found out that what is on my ankles is psoriasis, not from the diabetes. My mother and grandmother both have/had respectively it. It is such a pain. So the doctor prescribed some cream for it. We'll see if it works. Usually stress brings it out, but since I've been off work. I'm not sure what is causing it. Well, hopefully the cream will help, it's expensive enough.

one of the things my doctor recommends with high cholesterol before using prescribed drugs is to try garlique and also coq10. they both work to help the liver get rid of the stuff /

And perhaps the cream will be the wonder drug that causes the A1C, cholesterol and weight to all go down! We are all a work in progress!
