Not sure why I was feeling so tired today. I only went to the first service, then came home and went to bed for 2 hours. My nose was running too. I checked the pollen count and it wasn't very high. Usually allergies can do that to me.

I am going to be working out all week this week, to see if I can lose weight. I did lose a pound, but with keeping track of my eating and working out more than I usually do, can't understand why I haven't lost more. I'll just keep on keeping on. emoticon

    If you are adding a lot of activity working out you might be building muscle which weighs more than fat--that could be a reason you are not seeing more decreases on the scale. You are becoming healthier!
