
Back around December or so of this year, I realized I was STUCK at 198lbs. At first, I was depressed, felt hopeless and wanted to just give up and "throw in the" proverbial towel.
I didn't do that. I decided to look over all my notes, my progress, and see what could have gotten me stuck in position.
I found MyFitness Pal when my husband got an Iphone, and I put it onto my new tablet and then onto my computer and have been charting macros for about 3 months now. I finally got to 197lbs and, though that is only a lb in 3 months, to me, it shows that I am OUT of that darn plateau "stuck point."
I have decided to set an insanely simple goal of losing 1 lb every 2 weeks. I figure I'm setting myself for SUCCESS that way and of course, I'm likely to drop even more than that some weeks.
I still eat on an 11-7 window and fast in between those hours
I walk as often as possible to sweat and stay in motion
I am about to start lifting small weights and incorporating simple, non-stress exercises such as squats, planks, tucks
The main thing is, I am not going to say "oh well, you may as well just be happy that you are under 200lbs and do whatever. I have GOALS and I am going to keep on working toward those or die trying!!! There is no "NO" in my vocab anymore. I WILL do this one way or the other. Either I will lose my weight in this lifetime or I will lose it when I'm a spirit in the next!
I am always researching, reading, learning what I can eat, how I can move, what I can do to get to my preferred weight. This is HAPPENING!!!
