Holidays can be a trying time XD

well today I got on the scale and it was back up to 185.8 from 181.8 so that was kinda a bummer but I have all weekend long to try and lose a few pounds off. I was still weighing in on Tuesday at 187.4 so atleast I have some weight loss since then but I still need to get my behind in gear. Today I tried something new I went on a walk, but I think this will be the last time out here in the country because I had red winged black birds diving for my head trying to peck me. So if I go on walks now it will be on Thursdays because I have to go into town to take my 2 sons in for summer school and I can get some of my exercise in there. I am proud though because I did get in 2 miles and that is not bad for me doing it by myself. Normally before I would go on walks with my mom.So I am proud that I am making alittle progress doing it on my own. Other then the time that I will spend walking in town though I think that I am going to spend it either dancing or on the elliptical because both have helped me out alot over the last 6 months.since I ate 1677 calories yesterday the rest of the week I am going to try to keep my calories in the lower end and see if I can push myself. Really for this challange that I am in I need to do this for me because I know that I can atleast get into the lower 170's and so that is what I am going to try and work hard for.This month seems to always be a very bad eatting month for me because there is the 4th of july parties that I go to. Then there is me and my sisters birthdays in this month. On top of that me and my have parties that our friends are always throwing during this month.So really July never really works in my favor, but I am going to keep trying hard this month to keep on track and get in decent shape. I just have to stay strong because this month and next month I do not want any weight gains at all just losses if I can help it. I think that is all for now.
