arm flutters arms are like hummingbird wings
torso twisting hands on hips or using arms above, choose your style careful with your back
legs will follow
high steps
low front kick below knee height
any squatting
touch toes standing or sitting on floor
jump rope can be done 1 minute or 2, don't really need a rope too
