No Drama for this Llama

It's not that I don't like blogging. I love writing, always have, it's just my life and weight loss are pretty dang boring most of the time.
Lose a few, then gain a couple back. And I am happy as long as I'm taking 3 forward steps for every 1 I take back. As long as I'm learning and hanging in there doing it right.
My week in a nutshell is Tues.- Sat. work 7-4 then go home and make dinner, some kind of walk or hike with the dog if the weather is nice. Watch a movie or read a book. Maybe a little cleaning or laundry. Sleep and repeat.
Weekends I go to the beach and bike or swim at least one day. Wash the cars. Do home projects. Sometimes we go to Disneyland (we got passes for the year, so about 30,000 steps on those days, woot!). Some Saturdays we order some cheesetastic 80's flixs on Amazon so a delightful box of silliness shows up on Sunday and we vegetate in front of the glowing box for a few hours eating popcorn out of the air-popper I bought that I'm obsessed with. Really and truly, I don't think I could eat microwave popcorn ever again....ok, barring being stranded on a dessert island with nothing but a lifetime supply of microwave popcorn and a solar powered microwave, then, well, yeah, I'll eat it.
I'm not a huge people person. I like being alone, so I only have a couple of good pals that I only see once in a while. I'm not one of those Sex and the City style chicks. I don't think that anyone is like that in real life I just mean I don't really have a gang of gal pals that I keep in the know on everything happening in my life. That would just feel odd to me. Maybe I'm overly private with my feels, I don't trust easily, I'm friendly enough, but I get a little squiky around new people, so yeah, I'm a little light in the friends department and sometimes that makes me feel like a defective adult...but don't we all feel a little defective at times? I still have people I can play Cards Against Humanity or Yahtzee with and that's really all I need out of my homies.
So there you have it, a brief summary of my very boring and incredibly drama free life that I don't blog about very much. A lot of outside, a lot of quality time with the hubs and pets, cheesetastic movies and popcorn. Don't forget the popcorn;)
