Beginning of Month; Monthly Goals

My monthly goals are a little different this month.Still health related, still exercise in there, but this month is focused on my mental health and my diabetes.

emoticon Walk on treadmill at least 10-15 minutes a day, longer if I can
emoticon Walk the dog (he is in training) Up the hill and back one time per day (Lots of treats! need to buy treat bag!)
emoticon Therapeutic Yoga 1x per day, even on day 'off' (I didn't even know this was a thing, but there is actually yoga for anxiety and PTSD! check it out on youtube!)
emoticon Go to all appointments on time (I have an appointment every day this week, I'm exhausted just thinking about it)
emoticon NO. MORE. SUGAR. I've been sneaking cake. So bad. I had a soda yesterday and I've not had a soda in MONTHS!! :( My fasting BS was 176!!!
emoticon Take meds on time and refill as needed on time
emoticon Blog daily to check in with myself and see how I'm doing and check in with friends, either here or on my website, crouchingflea.com

I think that is it, I don't want to put too much on myself. I'm doing the best I can, learning as much as I'm able without exploding my poor brain and going on emotional overload.

Take one day at a time and let tomorrow worry about itself unless there are things I need to get ready for tomorrow like my running list of things to talk to my therapist about. I really should see her twice a week till this is over. Oh boy.
