What a difference!

Things have sure changed since I started walking a week and a half ago. I started at 3 miles and worked up to 5 a day now. I'm so happy when I'm walking. I feel more successful more healthy and more motivated to keep going. I actually feel close to the finish line of my goal weight. I have also noticed I am way less hungry now with my 3 daily walks. I'm still not happy with what I see in the mirror but I'm getting there. I'm going out to a Mexican restaurant on the 28th for my birthday and I am going to enjoy myself! I am going a full 8 weeks without weighing myself, so 6 and 1/2 more weeks to go. I want to pass the 170s and 160s without even seeing them. So the easiest way to do that is to let the scale gather some dust for a couple months. I know I will continue to lose weight as long as I am tracking what I eat and exercising. I am not looking forward to the ice and snow this winter when I can't walk outside but it's still summer right now!
