When I Get To Maintenance

That's the phase I'm in now and what's on my mind. I've got 27 pounds left to lose and the thought of adding calories back to my diet almost frightens me. But I read somewhere on a post that the key is to add the calories back gradually. So I think 50 a day for a week at a time would work better than 200 all at once. I checked to see what my maintenance calories would be at my goal weight on sp and it said at least 1580 and I freaked out, "there's no way I can eat that much without gaining weight!" I think it would help to bounce my feelings off other maintainers once I reach my goal weight, but for now I've still got about 4 months of trucking along to do. My goal date is January 1st. That's a weight loss of 1.6 pounds a week.
