I did it! >10,000 steps

I've always hated exercise. Some of you know that about me. Recently I started walking with a friend in the mornings in the mall. We started doing 2 laps. Today we did 3 laps.Tonight I took my puppy Sam for a 30-minute walk. 10,220 steps. First time in my life! It really feels great. I'm going to try to keep it up. I work 12 hr shifts Sat & Sun, so I'll be doing good if I can do a 10-minute video when I get home. I'm thinking about trying the kickboxing one on Sparkpeople.tv It's great doing one from there because you can add it to your tracker right from the video.
