This week has been incredibly hectic at work. Also at home really, I've been busier than I normally am and it's leaving me exhausted.
There is a conference at work, which I am not participating in, but a bunch of friends that I haven't seen in forever are here for it. So last Sunday night I went out to dinner with one friend, then Tuesday night with another, and then there was a work party last night! I don't usually do that much socializing in a month much less in 4 days LOL.
I did pretty good with food, ate too much but actually only went over my calorie range last night, and that's because I had a margarita and two glasses of wine!! Oops...but had fun :-).
Next week I go out of town, and that is going to be challenging. I am going to do my very best to eat healthy and I will track no matter what. I am hoping I can get my steps in. I was really bad yesterday, I did not get my steps. I only had about 6500 steps when I got home from the party, and I just did not have the energy or motivation to walk two more miles! So I said screw it and went to bed. Oh well. One day can be forgiven :-).
