Day 4 - Habit forming

It's a bit early in the evening to boast about staying in calorie range, but hopefully can do it. OK so far. Step total over 17k, so that made up a bit for yesterday. It hasn't been a perfect food day, but everything is in the tracker and the nutrition doesn't look too bad. The test will be when I get home from this visit with kids and am by myself all evening. That's when the urge to compensate lonely with food kicks in.
